Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every class on TIBA has one of three instructor-chosen policies:

Flexible

Full refund if cancelled at least 1 day (24 hours) before the first session. Partial refund (50%) if cancelled within 1 day before the class starts.

Moderate

Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before the first session. Partial refund (50%) if cancelled within 5 days before the class starts.

Strict

Full refund only if cancelled at least 14 days before the first session. Partial refund (50%) if cancelled 7-14 days before the class starts. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the class starts.

in your student dashboard

Important: Once the first live session starts → no refunds under any policy. Recordings and materials are never refunded. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed case-by-case with proof.
